We are repositioning our business towards more dynamic end-markets (e.g. the United States) where green stimulus and renovation requirements are creating a growing demand for building solutions that help our customers achieve ambitious sustainability targets.
We are also shifting our portfolio towards Solutions & Products, a lightside segment that offers above-market growth, strong pricing power and lower cyclicality, and which will make up over 30% of Holcim’s net sales by 2025.

for a net-zero future – from our operations, to our products all the way to buildings in use. Holcim has pioneered the launch of low-carbon products and solutions which enable the construction industry to build better with less. Thanks to our low-carbon materials and smart design, buildings can be more sustainable during their lifetime while enabling circular construction to build new from old.
Transforming while outperforming
The transformation is bearing fruit; Holcim’s growth, margin and FCF metrics have accelerated, delivering a record year in FY22. CO 2 /net sales fell over 20% in FY22 and it is expected to continue to fall.
